Platinum Industrial was hired to install a new line of equipment for a major food manufacturer.

• 6-week shutdown
• Demo/Removal of 180 pieces of existing equipment, weighing as much as 80,000 lbs
• Removal of existing conveying lines, piping and large sections of concrete flooring
• Installation of 300 pieces of equipment, eight conveying lines, pumps, kettles, case packers, industrial freezer, water treatment facility, process piping and concrete

With such a large quantity of equipment being installed, layout and systematic installation was a large part of the project and our attention to detail proved to be instrumental in the project’s success.

Tthe project consisted of a team of 24 millwrights and 10 pipefitters.

The project’s success can be attributed to Platinum Industrial’s attention to detail and knowledgeable team of skilled and dedicated craftsmen.
